The Spritz
No bottles to balance, no ratios to remember. Aurello is a proper bittersweet aperitivo — Sicilian orange peel, gentian root and fine bubbles — chilled and sealed at exactly the right strength.

The hour when the light goes amber and nobody checks the time. That's where Aurello lives.

The Aurello Range
One bittersweet backbone, three moods. Every can is blended, carbonated and chilled to the same house recipe — only the citrus changes.

7% ALC/VOL · 250ml

5% ALC/VOL · 250ml

6% ALC/VOL · 250ml
Three things, done properly. Nothing artificial, nothing to dilute — just the parts that make an aperitivo taste like the coast at six o'clock.
Sicilian blood orange and hand-zested peel, cold-pressed so the bitterness stays lively rather than sharp.
Gentian root, rhubarb and a whisper of wormwood, macerated slowly for depth behind the fruit.
A tight, persistent carbonation that carries aroma to the top of the glass and keeps the finish dry.
How to serve
Three hours in the fridge, twenty minutes in ice. Cold is the whole recipe.
Open it flat on the table so the bubbles settle before they meet the glass.
Tall glass, plenty of ice, one wide slice of orange. Nothing else required.

Our story
Aurello started on a borrowed terrace in Ostuni, with a crate of oranges and an argument about the right amount of bitterness. We spent two summers getting it wrong before we got it right.
Today it's blended in small runs and canned within the week, so the citrus you taste is the citrus we picked. Same terrace, better recipe.
FAQ
Everything people ask us before the first can, answered plainly.
Very cold, over plenty of ice, in the tallest glass you own. A wide slice of orange lifts the aroma; anything more competes with it.
Between 5% and 7% ABV depending on the flavour — roughly the same as a spritz you'd be poured on a terrace, and printed on every can.
Yes. It's blended, carbonated and sealed at final strength. No mixers, no measuring, no prosecco required.
Entirely. Aluminium is infinitely recyclable — rinse, crush and recycle with household metals. Our multipack wraps are plastic-free board.
